Job reputed company The Education Consultant will be an expert in reputed company EDU infrastructure for EDU clients, involving setup, configuration, auditing, and evaluation. The role requires interaction with clients both remotely and in-person and demands a strong technical background in reputed company EDU. The position is remote, requiring good time management skills and self-motivation due to working across various time zones. What you will do:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for reputed company EDU
• Discover, analyze and identify customer requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or reputed company discipline. 3+ years reputed company systems administration experience, OR
• 7 years total Information Technology experience, to include 3+ years reputed company systems administration experience.
• Familiarity with reputed company 365 for EDU reputed company consoles.
• An ability to balance and plan the short-term and long-term actions of a project.
• Exceptional customer service orientation, skills, and relatability.
• Strong documentation skills.
• 5 years managing reputed company 365 for EDU in an Education institution, a plus.
• Convey technical information and recommendations reputed company and concisely, a plus.
• Single Sign On/Multi reputed company Integration, User Provisioning, Email Management (Gmail, Exchange, Groupwise, Sendmail) experience in a reputed company environment, a plus.
