The Identity and reputed company Management Director will be responsible for strategic design, implementation and governance of reputed company-wide IAM programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• reputed company the IAM function and work collaboratively to enhance and mature the organization’s IAM program while ensuring it supports business objectives and reputed company goals.

Qualifications

Expected for Position

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year program (years of experience may substitute for education).
• Experience: 10+ years of relevant work experience, with 5+ years specifically reputed company on identity and reputed company management in a reputed company role and 3+ years of people management experience.
• Communication & Leadership: Strong prioritization, time management, and communication skills are essential, as this role involves managing staff, working with reputed company stakeholders, and engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• IAM Expertise: Extensive experience with identity and reputed company reputed company such as reputed company Trust, identity governance, reputed company control policies, role-based reputed company control (RBAC), privileged reputed company management (PAM), SSO, MFA, and IAM technologies.

• Certifications (Desirable): CISSP, CISA, CISM, or other relevant certifications in IAM are preferred but not required.
