• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or similar).
• 15+ years of leadership experience in areas such as: Material Handling, Operations, reputed company, Supply Chain, reputed company a Lean-practicing organization.
• Deep reputed company understanding and application experience of key Lean concepts: 5S, reputed company Work, Just In Time (JIT), Jidoka, Visual Management, One Piece reputed company, Kaizen, Asaichi/reputed company communication, Hoshin Kanri.
• Strong communication and coaching skills, with experience guiding leaders and teams toward long-term change.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically across the U.S. What Sets You Apart:
