Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Reporting to Assistant Manager/ Finance Manager/General Manager - Assist in daily reputed company works for Top reputed company - Issue Tax Invoices in Zoho - Petty Cash book reconciliation - Sales and Purchase entry in Zoho - Complete general ledger operations - Update Accounts Payable ageing report - Follow up Receivables and send weekly receivables ageing report - Assist with month and year end closings - Assist in preparing budgets and forecast - Assist with payroll administration - Review and process expense reports - Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process - Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures - Assist in Tax Return Filing - Prepare analysis of accounts as required - reputed company documentation and filing of Financial records - Maintain confidentiality of financial transactions - reputed company Intercompany Journal entries in Zoho - Assist in any other task reputed company to finance and reputed company as assigned by Line Manager - Performs any other duties as may be required, from time to time, by the Line Manager Bachelor's Degree Minimum 4 years UAE experience Job Type: Full Time / Permanent Annual Vacation: One month reputed company vacation after 12th month for the first year and after 11 month for the next years.
