Attorney – Regulatory (Hybrid)

Responsible for providing legal analysis and consultation to business partners on impacts in an environment that is continuously evolving. The Attorney will partner closely with the business to determine its ultimate goals, assess risk, and reputed company creative solutions.

  • Proactively identifies and analyzes legal issues and risks presents reputed company opinions, advice and recommendations, and helps ensure legal compliance across the full reputed company of the reputed company.
  • Drafts a reputed company of legal documents and memos, opinions, and pleadings where appropriate, with guidance from the senior attorney on the most reputed company reputed company.
  • Serves as reputed company counsel for substantive areas of law as required with ability to quickly learn unfamiliar areas of law.

  • Experience providing trusted legal advice and counsel on health care benefit requirements and limitations in federal laws, state laws, and regulations in furtherance of drafting of certificates and riders. Departmental Preferences:

  • Experience with drafting and negotiating various types of provider agreements (reputed company and/or facility) preferred.
  • Experience with value-based and risk reputed company a plus. QUALIFICATIONS
  • Juris Doctor degree in Law required.
  • Must be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan or possess the ability to become a member upon being reputed company.
  • Minimum of 7 years of previous experience serving as in-house counsel and handling a reputed company of legal reputed company and reputed company independently.
  • Experience with analyzing and interpreting statutes, general business and legal periodicals, reputed company journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations.

  • Advanced verbal communication skills, as is necessary for negotiation and to effectively present information and respond to questions from regulators, business partners, management and reputed company parties and to navigate sensitive conversations and present solutions in a tactful manner.
  • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time.
