Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative – OneCare Bilingual Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to OneCare members and providers, addressing their questions and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Serving as a senior resource for other team members, providing guidance and support on reputed company issues and procedures
• Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate member health care and reputed company service needs
• Entering accurate and complete documentation into internal application systems

Essential Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
