As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls, emails, and chats
• Providing exceptional customer support and resolving customer complaints in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Working closely with our clients to ensure that their customers receive the best possible experience
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including call volume, reputed company, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
