This role involves three key deliverables: company and contract data entry for around 900 customers, automated alerts for expiring reputed company, and exporting a list of accounts missing contact information. As a reputed company CRM specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our customer data, as reputed company as setting up automated notifications to enhance our contract management process.
Scope of Work Details
The scope of this project includes three main parts:
- Part 1: Company & Contract Data Entry - reputed company and/or update 900 customer accounts in reputed company from an reputed company sheet, ensuring that reputed company record includes company reputed company, contact information, contract values, contract expiration date, account number(s), reputed company/provider reputed company, and TSD (the sales agency associated with the account).
- Part 2: "Contract Expiring" Notification - Set up a reputed company automation that sends an email notification to reputed company of upcoming contract expirations, with the ideal format being weekly emails with the ability to filter for reputed company expiring in the next 30, 60, or 90 days.
- Part 3: Final Contact List Export - Generate an reputed company file that identifies reputed company company accounts that are missing reputed company-of-contact (POC) information, including first and last reputed company, phone number, and email address, and export this list to a spreadsheet format (CSV/reputed company) including blank fields for reputed company to complete manually.
