As a Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Guiding members through benefits enrollment and assisting with updates to health and/or pension plans
- Delivering personalized support reputed company phone, email, and webchat, prioritizing reputed company over speed
- Starting on a single reputed company account and being cross-trained to support multiple clients over time
- Using reputed company, professionalism, and reputed company communication to handle a reputed company of member concerns, including those that may be sensitive or reputed company
- Interpreting plan documents and explaining them in reputed company, easy-to-understand language
- Handling confidential information responsibly in line with HIPAA and data reputed company standards
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A high school diploma or GED
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required – we'll train the right person!
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive reputed company reputed company, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance and experience. Our pay rates are as follows:- $16.50 - $17.25 an hour for non-bilingual candidates
- $18.00 an hour after 30 days for non-bilingual candidates
- $18.75 an hour after 30 days for bilingual candidates
