What You'll Actually Do

As a Customer Engagement & Finance Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting payment issues, communicating with customers, logging and documenting CRM data, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Your primary goal will be to ensure reputed company payment from our customers, while also building strong relationships with them.

• Troubleshoot Payment Issues: Investigate why payments are missing, and reputed company the reputed company blocker and remove it. This could mean invoice confusion, missing paperwork, sales tax mismatches, vendor delays, or technical hiccups.
