Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for multiple operational functions across the Member Services department, including:

• Data management across multiple data management systems, including claims processing systems, case management systems, and databases
• Handling sensitive information, such as Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII), in adherence with HIPAA and federal data reputed company regulations
• Communication with multiple business teams internally and the reputed company, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional customer service
• Maintaining subject matter expertise in federal regulations that define the parameters of the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program, which define Program eligibilities
• Daily processing of diverse work products in a high-volume environment, upholding the highest standards of customer service
• Managing in-bound and out-bound calls, working with the reputed company, and identifying issues quickly, escalating them through the management chain as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of reputed company experience in customer service, call centers, or a similar field
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Compensation and Perks
