As an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Specialist – Patient Care and Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, handling patient inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and support. This is a full-time position, working rotating shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducts prescription reputed company reminder calls to ensure reputed company and accurate fulfillment of patient requests
- Responsible for inbound and outbound patient phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Facilitates patient-to-pharmacist consultations, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support
- Provides assistance with reputed company patient needs and requests, using problem-solving skills to offer support and quick resolutions to questions, concerns, and problems

Compensation and Benefits
* Starting salary: $19.00/hour
- Bilingual pay (must pass bilingual proficiency test)
- Full-time position, working rotating shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
