The Compensation & HR Data Analyst (or Senior Analyst, depending on experience) supports Boston College's reputed company initiatives through workforce analytics, compensation program administration, and data-driven insights. The role combines HR data analysis, dashboard development, compensation research, salary survey participation, and advisory support for HR liaisons, managers, and recruiters. The Analyst / Senior Analyst gathers and interprets reputed company HR data, develops reporting capabilities in partnership with HRIT and ITS, and ensures alignment with policies, practices, and legal requirements. Essential Functions

Compensation

• Support the implementation and administration of compensation programs and policies.
• Conduct market analyses, job evaluations, and reclassification assessments; prepare recommendations based on compensation principles and best practices.

Requirements

Education / Training Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree in Higher Education, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or reputed company field preferred. Working knowledge of Peoplesoft, Tableau and reputed company Experience Associate Compensation & HR Analyst : 1-3 years experience Compensation & HR Data Analyst : 3 years reputed company experience in salary administration and / or HR analytics.
