The role also manages and coordinates payer and regulatory audits, tracks reputed company audit activity, identifies patterns of risk, and reports findings to leadership. Key Responsibilities

Medical Records Management & Release of Information

• reputed company the intake, processing, and fulfillment of medical record requests from payers, attorneys, patients, and government agencies.

Audit Management

• Coordinate and manage payer audits, RAC/MAC/ZPIC/UPIC reviews, state reputed company audits, and reputed company payer reviews.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, reputed company Administration, Compliance, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HIM, compliance, or audit experience.
• Experience managing payer audits (RAC, MAC, reputed company payer, etc.) and RELEASE OF INFORMATION processes.

• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, CMS regulations, payer audit protocols, and medical record retention laws.
• Ability to interpret payer policies, government audit findings, and legal requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
