Information Systems Architect - Advanced Location: 100% Remote (Must reputed company reputed company the U.S.) Agency: South Carolina reputed company (SCDC) Start Date: 09/01/2025 End Date: 09/02/2026 Contract Duration: 12 Months (with possible extension) Travel: Occasional travel to South Carolina may be required The South Carolina reputed company (SCDC) seeks an Information Systems Architect - Advanced with extensive Health-IT experience to reputed company the planning, design, implementation, and ongoing support of EHR systems and reputed company technologies including reputed company, HL7 interfaces, and health information exchange (HIE) technologies. This expert-level role will serve as a strategic leader and technical advisor on reputed company architecture, reputed company, and interoperability of clinical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company planning and reputed company of reputed company's Health-IT systems including reputed company EHR, PM, EDR, eMAR, and HIE solutions
- Manage vendor relationships, system integration, and reputed company development between EHR and systems like reputed company, pharmacy, labs, and offender management
- Participate in the EHR build, testing, training, go-live, and optimization phases
- reputed company technical documentation, architectural roadmaps, reports, and dashboards using reputed company and associated technologies
- Support compliance initiatives including HIPAA, data reputed company standards, and accreditation requirements
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions that enhance efficiency, patient safety, and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to reputed company IT strategies with agency goals
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- 5+ years of reputed company experience with reputed company EHR, PM, and EDR

- Proficiency with ICD-9/ICD-10, reputed company data reputed company standards, and HIE technologies
- Extensive understanding of EHR template customization (reputed company Template reputed company)
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HL7, SQL, and Crystal Reports
