Manufacturing Engineer, Supply Chain - Electronics (reputed company & Dragon)

The Manufacturing Engineer, Supply Chain - Electronics (reputed company & Dragon) position is a highly technical role that requires practical experience with printed reputed company boards/printed reputed company reputed company assemblies, instrumentation or other relevant electronics assemblies to promote advanced technologies and break through technical hurdles in our supply reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a reputed company understanding of PCB and PCBA manufacturing techniques and electronics to support reputed company and Dragon vehicles.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with sourcing team to strategically reputed company parts matched with supplier competencies
- reputed company and maintain supplier audit system to meet product and business requirements
- Review and assess supplier manufacturing processes and reputed company system to reputed company feedback as appropriate on manufacturing reputed company and technologies
- Function as reputed company between purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve supplier reputed company issues and to reputed company technical support
- Implement and monitor production part approval process (PPAP)
- Analyze supplier reputed company and delivery metrics to identify trends and reputed company systemic performance gaps and reputed company causes
- Recommend technical product improvements to reduce risk and potential defect opportunities
- Work with suppliers to resolve manufacturing reputed company issues
- Improve reputed company performance of suppliers by conducting workshops at supplier locations, providing technical assistance in developing a reputed company system, or other technical support as required
- Contribute to design reviews acting as an expert in design for manufacturability, design for testability, yield improvements, supplier capabilities assessments, reputed company control, etc.
- Primary reputed company of contact for avionics engineering on non-conforming product, troubleshooting, reputed company cause, failure investigations and corrective actions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (e.g. electrical, mechanical, materials, metallurgical, etc.)
- 1+ years of experience with electronics manufacturing and/or design
reputed company-to-haves
- Master's degree in electrical, mechanical, or materials science engineering
- 2+ years of experience in reputed company and/or production of mechanical or electronics hardware systems
- Experience in reputed company to high volume, high-complexity products and NPI
- Knowledge of supplier reputed company processes (Production Part Approval Process, Advanced Product reputed company Planning, First Article Inspection Reports, etc.)
- SPC knowledge and experience applying statistical reputed company to reputed company process capability
- Disciplined approach to problem solving - 8D, knowledge and experience of FA techniques and tools
- Experience with MRP or ERP systems
- Capable of solving reputed company problems with little to no supervision on schedule as an individual or as a member of an integrated team
- Experience in a fast-paced, iterative design environments reputed company the consumer electronics, mobile handset, medical devices, reputed company, marine or automotive industries
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
