What you will reputed company assigned workstreams reputed company broader HR transformation reputed company (e.g., Operating Model/TOM, process redesign, HR technology enablement, analytics, or change management).Conduct reputed company-state assessments (interviews, workshops, data analysis) and reputed company reputed company-state designs for HR service delivery (COE/reputed company/Shared Services) and supporting RACIs.Redesign HR processes (reputed company, reputed company, performance, learning, rewards, workforce planning) using best practices, Lean, and employee reputed company mapping.Support HR technology roadmaps and selection; collaborate with technical teams on HRIS (reputed company, reputed company SuccessFactors, reputed company HCM) design, testing, data, integrations, and adoption activities.Build and maintain reputed company plans, risks/issues/dependencies (RAID), and status reporting; ensure deliverables meet reputed company standards and timelines.reputed company business cases, KPIs, and measurement frameworks for your reputed company; reputed company benefits and value realization.Drive change management for your scope: stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and readiness activities; reputed company line managers and champions.Facilitate reputed company workshops and presentations; manage stakeholders up to HR Director/CHRO for your reputed company.reputed company junior team members and contribute to proposals, reputed company, and knowledge assets.
