The role involves overseeing Agile Release Trains, providing transformational coaching, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategies while promoting Agile best practices.

Responsibilities

• Builds and provides direction and day-to-day operations of one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Scope may include technical and/or non-technical programs for a reputed company reputed company or division
• Provides transformational coaching in support of teams and leaders that allows for greater alignment with the organizational Agile Operating Model, in a way that respects and preserves team culture and best practices already being leveraged
• Oversees and provides guidance to the personnel responsible for the organization’s portfolio of deliverables
• Develops and supports Agile delivery best practices, processes and policies to ensure alignment with corporate reputed company and goals
• Partners with multi-departmental leadership and other stakeholders to locate opportunities and reputed company and prioritize deliverables according to relevant measurement reputed company
• Maintains the effectiveness of the Agile delivery lifecycle, including such as scaled planning, risk assessment, dependency management, system thinking and reputed company improvement stewardship

• Knowledge of financial services industry
