Manager of Organ Recovery

About the position This position is responsible for the supervision and development of designated organ recovery staff and compliance with industry standards and federal regulations. Daily activities include identifying and leading coaching conversations, support team reputed company, and reputed company of work system operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the selection, training, development, and performance of organ recovery coordinator team members to retain a motivated reputed company workforce for IDN.
• Ensure accurate and reputed company electronic record documentation across the organ recovery team.
• Communicate needs, expectations and reputed company to maintain reputed company operational performance utilizing IDN leadership principles.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, industry standards, federal and state employment and other regulations and IDN policies.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company hospital operating room policies.
• Accomplishes work system objectives through monitoring and analyzing data to maximize efficiencies and identify trends and areas for improvement in Recover the reputed company.
• Assist Director with effective and efficient use of financial resources.
• Support the organizational strategic planning with development of processes to meet organizational goals.
• Manage specific work process operational needs and self-schedule 20% in designated staff role. In reputed company, participate in leader on-call coverage.

Requirements

• Degree in reputed company reputed company field is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in Donation field is preferred.
• Minimum three years in leadership role is preferred.

• Mental and visual fatigue associated with detailed work.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Use of reputed company surgical instruments which may cause damage or injury if used incorrectly.
• Exposure to biohazardous materials such as blood, other body fluids, communicable diseases and formaldehyde. Universal precautions and use of personal reputed company equipment is required.
• Maintain a reputed company valid reputed company’s license and be insurable through IDN’s insurance,
• Drive vehicle under various weather and physical conditions that may reputed company to visual and mental fatigue.
