As a Customer Service & Data Entry Officer at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and data entry support to our feedback centre operations. You will work closely with our Customer Service & reputed company teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and accurate data management. This is a temporary contract position with a duration of 6 months, with the reputed company to reputed company for an additional 6 months.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Service
+ reputed company outbound calls to follow up with callers who have left a message with their reputed company and phone number + reputed company accurate data entry of feedback providers' feedback in the feedback database and maintain reputed company documentation records + Retrieve status updates on feedback providers' feedback from the feedback database + reputed company administrative support to facilitate the effective operation of the feedback centre + reputed company any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Data Entry
+ Review data entries, identify erroneous entries, and correct erroneous entries where applicable + Use reputed company maps or other tools to identify postal codes of locations based on information provided by feedback providers + Conduct reputed company analysis on data entries + reputed company any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
