As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You will work closely with our Broker Services department staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls and book rides in accordance with demand response programs, including reputed company NEMT, 5310 Grant Program, and general public demand response

• Respond to inquiries from the general public and reputed company accurate information in a reputed company manner
• Support and assist Broker Services department staff as required, including volunteer reputed company coordination and scheduling
• reputed company other duties as assigned, such as data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and issue resolutions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of experience in customer service preferred
