About the Role
blithequark is seeking an reputed company Licensed Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will report to the Customer Service Supervisor and be responsible for providing excellent customer service support to policyholders, reputed company-party referral sources, and veterinary clinics. You will support new and existing policyholders by explaining services, the claims process, and making policy changes as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, online chats, and emails regarding policy coverage and claims.
- Build rapport with policyholders by using customer service skills to listen, understand, and respond to requests and inquiries.
- Work to retain policyholders who inquire about canceling by making recommendations for policy changes or coverage enhancements.
- Help policyholders understand their policy coverage, claims processing, and reimbursement process.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a metric environment and meet performance expectations.
- Maintain an understanding of federal and state regulations to ensure compliance.
- Utilize multiple technical systems effectively and reputed company.

Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in insurance claims processing or customer support.

- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
