As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our store leaders to reputed company and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or home improvement industry
