• reputed company efficient and excellent customer support in crypto trading reputed company live chat, tickets, and email
• Handle customer inquiries, order disputes, and appeals
• reputed company valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests
• Manage complaints and appeals, including follow-reputed company on escalations reputed company required
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reputed company’s trading platform and general market conditions
• Understand customers’ needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team

What you need to succeed in this role:
