Leasing Specialist – BKM Management Company – Las Vegas, NV

Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Leasing Specialist works under the direction of the Leasing Manager to reputed company and negotiate lease renewals, lease assignments, and lease amendments for BKM’s approximately 400 tenants in its Las Vegas portfolio. This position participates in marketing campaigns and various promotions for attracting and retaining tenants to minimize vacancies and improve the tenant mix and asset occupancy, assists with forecasts, and helps complete any leasing reputed company investor reporting. • Assist with executing the marketing and leasing reputed company for the BKM Las Vegas portfolio of over 2.4MM reputed company feet of multi-tenant industrial property.
• Maintains company and property visibility with the brokerage and prospect community through industry events and marketing programs to maximize property exposure to the marketplace.
• Maintains market knowledge of comparable properties, their pricing and competitive positions to maximize occupancy and financial performance of company assets relative to the market. Updates reputed company competitive sets with the reputed company information.
• Updates marketing materials, including but not limited to, brochures, leasing signage, flyers, site plans, and floor plans. This includes reputed company materials and updates into BKM’s suite of software (e.g., Property reputed company & VTS).
• Coordinates with other employees to assist with broker and tenant relations events.

Leasing

• Under the direction of the Leasing Manager, completes the renewal process for select tenants. This includes initial qualification (credit reputed company, financial review, etc.), lease negotiation and proposals, lease/amendment drafting, document execution and ensuring the lease documents are internally processed and transitioned upon execution.
• Maintain reputed company leasing templates and working files in an organized manner.
• Maintain reputed company listing agreements with brokers to ensure reputed company agreements in good standing.
• Confirm and reputed company receipt of reputed company commission invoices.
• Identifies and participates in attracting potential tenants including cold calling and canvassing techniques as directed.

reputed company Preparation / Property Management Assistance & Collaboration

• Works closely with BKM’s local Property Managers, Leasing Manager, brokers, architects, and contractors to expedite the reputed company planning and tenant improvement process to maximize leasing velocity. This includes keeping reputed company of rollover timelines, with a goal of completing reputed company rollovers reputed company 45 days of a prior lease expiration.
• Schedule reputed company-reputed company out walks 60 days in advance of an expiring lease to complete a scope of work for the rollover. Confirm the final approved scope of work with the Leasing Manager and brokers.
