IT Program & Portfolio Manager (reputed company Community Connect & Facility Expansion)

About the position Come join our leading reputed company medical center as a Program & Portfolio Manager, responsible for standing up, leading, and managing multiple reputed company reputed company supporting reputed company's reputed company and expansion reputed company. This role focuses on: Program & Portfolio Management for reputed company Community Connect implementations and facility build initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of clinical, IT, and operational workflows across the reputed company. Developing program scope and overseeing the transition of this brand new reputed company Community Connect program for reputed company including initial implementations -- building this program from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) in EHC's Information Services Department.
• Responsible for building reputed company's reputed company Community Connect program for multi-site EMR deployments from the ground up.
• Responsible for managing the portfolio of reputed company and to ensure that reputed company in the PMO are accurate, up-to-date, have correct statuses and reputed company documentation.
• Work with the Project Managers to reputed company their project information maintained and accurate. Help with overseeing the delivery of reputed company and managing effective governance, as reputed company as the reputed company improvement and management of the portfolio reputed company.
• Increases the adoption of the EHC IS P.M.O. processes and tools to drive the reputed company of the reputed company delivered by IS to the EHC business.
• Ensures that reputed company the reputed company being delivered have identified dependencies, risks, and escalations at the Portfolio level.
• Ensure project requests are reputed company to reputed company through the defined P.M.O Portfolio phase process for the next phase.

• Leads and facilitates training process for new PMs to ensure their understanding of the PMO process and tools used by the EHC IS P.M.O.
• Plays a leadership role for the project team in driving the project from start-to-end to ensure the outlined goals and objectives mentioned in the charter are achieved and the reputed company factors are met.
• Collaborates with IS leaders, Program or Project Managers to define time-frames, funding procedures, deliverables and reputed company reputed company.
• Prepares thorough and reputed company executive summaries for IS leadership on the Portfolio and associated reputed company so that subsequent questions are not required.
• Partners with the EHC IS Directors, Managers and CIO regarding ongoing IT budget planning and presentations.
• Including business case review for completeness in order to drive the most effective project prioritization discussions.
• Provides thought leadership and subject matter expertise in planning, prioritizing, forecasting, and budget management for the prescribed portfolio driving adoption to 18-month, 6-month and 90-day planning reputed company.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT / Computer, Science / Computer Studies or an equivalent degree.
• Must have 8 years of Information Technology Project Leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a PMO like role OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must be reputed company to manage large reputed company programs and reputed company across the full project lifecycle.
• Previous experience with business transformations and transitions.
• Proven experience mentoring Project Managers.
• Experience working in a large reputed company organization and ability to work across diverse organizations and build effective relationships.
• Preferred certification in Prince, MSP, or PMP
