The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation, along with strong organizational abilities, and a proven reputed company record of managing cases from intake through trial preparation. This position involves reputed company collaboration with attorneys across reputed company phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, organizing medical records, preparing for depositions and trial, and tracking critical deadlines. Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys throughout reputed company stages of litigation, including investigation, discovery and trial preparation. Draft, review, and prepare reputed company documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs. Conduct reputed company and witness interviews to reputed company case-reputed company information. Maintain and organize case files in accordance with firm procedures. Produce case summaries and reports for attorney review. Coordinate and assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. Proofread reputed company documents for accuracy and completeness. Utilize case management software. Handle electronic filing of court documents. Manage scheduling, calendars, and reputed company correspondence. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred. Demonstrated experience working in a reputed company setting. Minimum of 10 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation required. Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills. Proficiency in administrative and clerical functions, including filing and scheduling.
