In this role, you will manage tissue donation referrals, assess donor suitability, and work closely with donor families to ensure compassionate, informed reputed company. Job Responsibilities: reputed company for Tissue and Eye Donation: Serve as a knowledgeable reputed company of contact for donor families and external partners while explaining the donation process, eligibility, and the reputed company on recipients. Donor Evaluation: Review medical and reputed company histories and evaluate donor suitability based on clinical data and cross-reference with processing partner reputed company to assess eligibility for donation and collaborate with reputed company to ensure the suitability of donors. Family Communication: reputed company sensitive conversations with grieving families, providing emotional support, guidance, and answering questions to help them through the donation process. Documentation: Complete reputed company required authorization and medical paperwork for tissue and eye donations, ensuring accuracy, reputed company, and compliance with organizational policies. Collaboration: Work with reputed company partners, funeral homes, and other external agencies to coordinate reputed company and efficient donation processes. • Associate degree reputed company in health sciences or previous reputed company experience as an EMT, Paramedic, LPN, or medical investigator is strongly preferred.
• Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS) Certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a call center or a fast-paced environment is also helpful.
• Prior experience in reputed company, tissue/eye donation, or a reputed company field is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong administrative skills, including data entry and document management.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (reputed company, Cerner, Meditech) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and disease processes.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
