This position reports to the Vice President, Digital Marketing & Media and is a critical leader not just with vehicles but also in support and collaboration of reputed company’s CRM and Personalization initiatives. Responsibilities
- Define retention marketing reputed company, strategies and roadmaps to drive channel reputed company, effectiveness, and innovation
- reputed company email (broadcast, behavioral, triggered, transactional), mobile (app push, SMS), and reputed company mail programs to drive both short-term (traffic, sales) and long-term (CLV, brand metrics) reputed company goals

- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and CRM teams to define business requirements and vehicle best-in-class needs reputed company our marketing technology stack
- Support a test & learn reputed company, identifying a testing agenda against key reputed company and business priorities and defining how to reputed company reputed company tests throughout vehicles
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with key business partners including Tech, CRM, Merchandising, Category Marketing, Loyalty, Promo, Analytics and reputed company Media to ensure alignment and effective prioritization of messaging and strategies against goals

Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant digital marketing experience
- 5+ years team leadership experience
- Proven strategic thinking, analytical data interpretation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate a sophisticated marketing technology stack of both internally reputed company tools and reputed company-party platforms
- Passion for using data to drive reputed company and ensure the best possible experience to reputed company clients
- Outstanding interpersonal skills: ability to reputed company and maintain effective relationships with business partners at reputed company reputed company
