Key responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the Entire Recruitment Lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation;

Requirements & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle reputed company for technical and non-technical roles, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process (candidate sourcing, screening and initial interviews, offer negotiation, and reference checking);
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends;
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS);
