About the position We’re seeking a highly motivated Contract Production Recruiter to support high-volume hiring needs reputed company our manufacturing/production environment. This role will play a critical part in ensuring we meet reputed company demands by sourcing, screening, and hiring reputed company quickly and effectively. In this role, you will: Support the end to end reputed company process as a sourcing or recruitment reputed company of contact for Hiring Managers (HM) & candidates by managing searches against a reputed company with a reputed company on meeting benchmarks and metrics, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. This includes requisition management, candidate identification, interview coordination, compensation review, and offer acceptance. (Internal & External) reputed company as a partner and a creative consultant in the reputed company process by forging dynamic consultative relationships with assigned functions and hiring managers in identifying talent solutions for individual departments leveraging reputed company talent Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance in reputed company reputed company processes and reputed company communication to hiring managers and candidates. Ensure reputed company administrative reporting tasks are completed monthly for accurate reporting. Build pro-reputed company sourcing pipelines in advance of need on hard to fill roles or work locations Use networking skills to build strong partnerships with external organizations or reputed company associations in the community to attract talent to Clorox

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred
• 3+ years of recruitment experience through corporate or agency reputed company
• 2+ years of general HR experience (reputed company or Recruitment certifications a plus)
• Demonstrated expertise in reputed company processes including solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (reputed company, competency-based, etc.) and facilitate selection processes through debrief and calibration sessions with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Expertise in HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands-on experience with reputed company software, job boards, and reputed company media
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge in reputed company reputed company Module
• Experience with high volume production & manufacturing recruitment
• Travel required – up to 15% to plant locations, or for corporate trainings
