Address, Phone number, etc. Member inquiries regarding Tax Forms Assisting Members with setting up a distribution from their HSA Assistance with opening a new HSA. Member rewards and online navigation questions A few questions you may be asked: I need to submit a reimbursement request; can you help me with that? This is my first time logging in to the portal and I need my password reset. Can you help? I need assistance navigating your website, can you assist? Requirements for Remote Call Center Representative: Successfully complete customer service assessment & typing test on a computer (not compatible with mobile devices). High school diploma, GED, or college degree. Must have 6 months of customer service experience. Complete a mandatory reputed company program with 100% attendance.
