Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent customer service, addressing queries, and providing technical assistance. Your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements and Skills:
To succeed as a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role
- Familiarity with the banking, telecom, or reputed company industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of CRM systems and their functionality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask effectively

Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:
