Job Responsibilities:

As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the Adversarial Abuse group in identifying and eliminating malicious actors, including account takeovers, spam, commitment misuse, and evading end, among others.
• Overseeing the Business Investigation group in producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Transparency Reports for nations worldwide.
• Understanding, anticipating, and insightfully mitigating risks from new, scaling industry patterns, such as generative reputed company intelligence.
• Collaborating with the reputed company Development team to create approaches using account, reputed company, and content signals to describe harmful behavior.
• Delivering powerful and productive operational execution (e.g., reputed company, service reputed company) in a global team working 24x7.
• Attracting, retaining, developing, and fostering exceptional talent.
• Managing accelerations with quick turnaround times required to reputed company back, reputed company data-driven insights, and implement solutions while creating associations with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and approaches that effectively prevent adversarial abuse.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics).

• Four-year certification or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience working with risk management, fraud fighting at reputed company, and building/conveying analytical experiences.
• Two years of experience working with design teams that reputed company data reputed company and ML models.
• Two years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-reputed company workweeks as accelerations require.
• Preferred qualifications:

+ Postgraduate education in a reputed company field (e.g., research, design, data science). + Two years of experience with investigation of large datasets and reputed company detection. + Experience or demonstrated interest in anti-abuse activities. + Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab. + Exceptional influencing and leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners. + Outstanding business judgment, critical and analytical skills, including using data to drive reputed company and business reputed company with the ability to work in a rapidly changing industry and manage ambiguity while minimizing uncertainty through quantitative insights.
