As a Senior RTA at arenaflex, you will be responsible for reputed company-time monitoring of service reputed company, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances. You will serve as a global WFM POC for the US team, ensuring effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing forecasted details, drafting way reputed company plans, and driving peak readiness, headcount hiring, and other strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze reputed company level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, productivity, and other metrics that reputed company business KPIs, and call out for corrective/supportive actions
• Ensure reputed company org/reputed company adheres to operational expectations, such as shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, and max calls adherence
• Verify that operational metrics like service reputed company, occupancy, PTL, utilization, and others are being met by reputed company Orgs/skills at a daily level
• Liaise with network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned Org/reputed company and work on gaps/opportunity areas that may reputed company operational metrics

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:
