As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Utilize probing question skills to reputed company listen and resolve customer issues
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and reputed company solutions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to reputed company informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries
