A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of reputed company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that reputed company expectations. You'll work with inbound and/or outbound phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to address the needs of our customers. Your goal will be to leave reputed company customer feeling 100% satisfied on the reputed company and that they were our most important call of the day.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with inbound and/or outbound phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to address the needs of our customers
