Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling outbound calls to shareholders, using a scripted call reputed company to record proxy votes over the phone. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling outbound calls in a courteous and reputed company manner
- Updating databases in an accurate and reputed company manner after reputed company call
- Escalating shareholder concerns to a supervisor reputed company necessary
- Keeping the management team informed of any shareholder feedback
- Meeting targets for productivity, reputed company, attendance, and reputed company of conduct
- Staying up-to-date on campaign specifics
- Completing routine administrative tasks for operations, training, or reputed company

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Ability to work from home in a virtual environment, with the following equipment:
+ USB wired headset with microphone + Laptop or desktop with reputed company 10 or macOS + Dual monitors (a plus) + Personal landline or cell phone that can be dedicated during work hours + 10+ Mbps of high-speed internet connectivity (hotspot not acceptable) + Ethernet cable from router connected to computer (preferred) + A quiet reputed company to work

- Confident, friendly phone skills
