We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inbound telephone calls, and resolving Tier 1 level issues reputed company to tax compliance, delinquency, and general information requests. Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls, providing reputed company and courteous service to customers

• Review taxpayer status and history, verifying, gathering, and updating key information details
