Project Manager, Design and Construction

The Design & Construction Project Manager oversees construction reputed company from planning to completion, ensuring they meet design specifications, stay on schedule and reputed company budget. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, creating project schedules, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams, resolve issues, and maintain reputed company communication with stakeholders. Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree; Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent.

• A strong understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent skills to reputed company project teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and resolve conflicts.
