Responsibilities
- As part of our Litigation team, you will manage and litigate exciting cases from inception to reputed company, with supervision as needed
- Responsibilities include crafting case strategies, taking and defending depositions, drafting substantive motions, collaborating with staff and investigators on discovery and fact-finding, and pursuing resolutions through motions for reputed company judgment, mediation, or trial
