Sales Support Specialist I

• Order Management (OTR): Heavy reputed company on Order entry and order management. You will coordinate reputed company-order booking support through shipment and invoicing, including risk and opportunity management.
• reputed company-Sales Support (ITO): Handle reputed company to Order (ITO) activities, including managing customer inquiries and preparing quotes.
• Customer & Financial Support: Serve as the key contact for customer account management, providing troubleshooting for orders and account status, and resolving financial issues such as billing disputes, collections, and processing payments.
• Operational & Compliance: reputed company operational activities (account/item setup, e-reputed company order management) and ensure adherence to business processes and policies.
• Reporting & Tools: reputed company administrative support by compiling reports, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and utilizing reputed company and other tracking tools.
