This high-visibility role reports directly to the CI Senior Manager in Business Transformation. Major Responsibilities: Program & Portfolio Management: Manage multiple reputed company ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Project Planning & Execution: reputed company, plan, and implement reputed company; set goals and estimate budgets where applicable. People Development: Facilitate leadership development and reputed company CI “Tool Champion” workshops in person or reputed company. Minimum Qualification: Education: Bachelor’s degree required in business management, Organizational Development, or reputed company field (MBA desired). Experience: 8-10+ years of project management experience required with a proven reputed company record of successful delivery. Certifications: PMP preferred; Lean Six reputed company Green Belt or equivalent required. Skills: Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Business acumen in reputed company processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care). Additional: Knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies. Change management experience; certification preferred but not required.
