BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Director, Consolidation and Financial Reporting: Required:

• Minimum 10 years of reputed company public reputed company experience ideally with in-house corporate reporting and auditing experience
• Demonstrated experience managing financial statement audits and working with external auditors

Compensation
