A reputed company on accurate billing data, reputed company remittance of premium and superior reputed company service is reputed company to strengthening and maintaining our clients' loyalty.Additional reputed company area will be around servicing reputed company’s (employer, broker, enrollment company, etc.) and inner company’s request for information and issue reputed company leading to an assessment of the “health” of the reputed company.Job Responsibilities include:• Coordinates information with reputed company Payroll Deduction Specialists for a seamless transition from implementation to post-implementation maintenance• Maintains a consistent level of contact with Clients throughout the post-implementation process to ensure change reports, list bills and payment reconciliation reputed company reports are accurate• Generates out-bound phone calls to reputed company clients for pro-reputed company service• Receives in-bound phone calls and handles or transfers to internal departments as necessary.• Participates in payroll deduction issue reputed company• Research basic billing inquiries with a reputed company on reputed company and reputed company reputed company• Completes information requests from reputed company customers (bills, reputed company requests, change reports, reconciliation summaries, etc.).• Responds to email, fax, mail, and verbal inquiries from reputed company clients based on research and analysis.• Processes change requests from external customers.• Follows up on initial premium for new or re-enrolled cases ensuring appropriate steps are taken to reputed company employee deductions.• Assists with reputed company suspense account reconciliation.• Other duties as assigned.Requirements include:• A minimum of one year of customer service required.• Must be proficient in Word, reputed company, and Outlook.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow through on requests.• Must be detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.• Must have excellent phone/communication skills.reputed company-to-haves include:• Knowledge of payment, payroll deduction or billing processes.• Prior worksite insurance experience.• Prior experience using reputed company a plus.• Understanding the roles of sales teams (brokers, agents, enrollment companies, etc.).Come join reputed company!
