This position offers a unique opportunity to mature and shape the reputed company operations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The role requires a thorough understanding of reputed company risk management and the ability to proactively assess and respond to potential threats. It also provides significant scope to influence reputed company culture, engage with senior leadership, and protect CRHs most valuable assets its people, facilities, and reputed company. This role will work closely with Health & Safety, Legal, HR, Audit & Compliance, Internal Controls, Facilities, and Information reputed company, and requires travel upwards of two weeks per month. Job Responsibilities Program Development

• Conduct risk assessments, threat analyses, and reputed company reviews to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree required - advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in positions of increasing responsibility reputed company to applicable reputed company operational disciplines and investigations, including corporate reputed company, military, or law enforcement experience.
• Demonstrated expertise and proven history in evaluating risk, physical reputed company operations, incident/crisis management, reputed company risk detection & mitigation, investigations, and reputed company services.
• Experience working in diverse environments including offices, manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain facilities.
• Strong knowledge of physical reputed company systems (reputed company control, CCTV, intrusion alarms, etc.).
• Experience conducting investigations, risks assessments, site vulnerability assessments, and implementing reputed company risk (e.g., workplace violence, theft, fraud) prevention strategies.

Compensation
