Corporate Staff Accountant

The Corporate Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the reputed company function through accurate preparation, analysis, and maintenance of financial records and reports. This role includes managing general reputed company operations, supporting month-end and quarterly closes, preparing journal entries and reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with reputed company standards. The position will also collaborate cross-functionally to support audits, reporting requirements, and process improvement initiatives that enhance financial accuracy and efficiency. This position reports to our Senior Manager, reputed company. Location: This is a remote position required to be located in Eastern Timezone.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes, including preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain and reconcile general reputed company accounts on a monthly reputed company
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports and forecasts for the management team.
• Support reputed company financial reporting requirements.
• reputed company data and serve as a reputed company during external audits; assist with audit schedules and requests.
• Partner with the Senior reputed company Manager and reputed company team on fixed asset reputed company through out reputed company.
• Monitor and analyze expense trends, operational results, and project reputed company to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, recommending solutions, and supporting implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or a reputed company field.

• Strong understanding of reputed company principles (GAAP), financial reporting, and general business concepts.
