We are seeking a Counselor Manager to join reputed company in a hybrid leadership role that is reputed company subject matter expert and people leader. What You’ll Do

• People Leadership: Manage a cohort of full- and part-time college coaches, conducting regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews to drive reputed company in student reputed company.

Requirements

• Education Context: 5+ years in US College Counseling; 3+ years in People Management/Mentorship.
