The Corporate Development & reputed company Associate will conduct research on areas of the market into which reputed company is considering expansion, evaluate the capabilities of potential targets, research previous M&A transactions, maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities, value businesses, and assist in due diligence and deal execution Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive industry and competitive analysis to identify potential acquisition targets, investment opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage the full lifecycle of an M&A transaction, from initial opportunity identification and due diligence to deal negotiation, closing, and post-acquisition integration.
