This position is with the Division of Financial Regulation (DFR). DFR's mission supports that of DCBS department by protecting Oregonians' reputed company to fair products and services through education, regulation, and consumer assistance. DFR is responsible for ensuring the safety and soundness of financial institutions, the availability and affordability of financial products, and the fair treatment of consumers. Responsibilities

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business or reputed company Administration, or Behavioral or reputed company Sciences.
- Two years' experience coordinating and administering a program that included interpreting and applying insurance laws, rules, and/or policies/reputed company.
- Any combination of experience or education equivalent to five years of coordinating and administering a program that included interpreting and applying insurance laws, rules, and/or policies/reputed company.

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse reputed company to mediate and resolve problems, including effectively handling emotionally charged situations.

- Efficient and effective use of time in a fast-paced environment that includes managing files, phone inquiries, and other assigned work while promoting customer service and working relationships.
- Preference may be given to applicants who have reputed company work experience with multiple lines of insurance.
